Cuts after 7:00 PM on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday are $30 for all cuts.

House Rules

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

Please let Noel know at least 1 hour before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do not cancel at least 1 hour before, a $5 fee must be paid before your next cut. Emergencies are understood.

No-Show Policy

First no-show: $5 fee must be paid before your next cut.
Second no-show: $10 fee must be paid when booking your next cut.
After repeated no-shows, your next cut may need to be paid in full before booking.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time. On regular days, there is a 15-minute grace period. On booked/busy days, there is a 10-minute grace period. If you are later than the grace period, a $5 fee may apply.

Running Late

If you are running late, text Noel as soon as possible.
